Nothing is a problem to any of their staff. You get old-fashioned, country-style service and by that I mean you are greeted on entry with a smile and assistance immediately, no question is silly, technical support and knowledge is excellent and more than supports your needs. If they haven't got it there is no BS about it, they just order it in and its there in a day. Something to big to cut up, not a problem they will more than oblige. They have become my GOTO guys because of their supportive, friendly attitude towards the customer and it is local, so it keeps locals employed as well.
